REPLACEMENT CHESS PIECES

We at Design Chess want our products to bring you joy for decades, from generation to generation. Accordingly, we hope that you will take good care of your chess products.

But occasionally something may happen, no matter how careful you are. Maybe you lost a piece of your favourite set, or one of them dropped onto the floor and got broken. Fortunately, as a part of our service concept, we do offer a replacement service for individual chess pieces. Together with our manufacturing partner, we are usually able to send you a new, hand-made piece to fill the gap in your set.

The replacement service is a purchasable one and is available to you regardless of when you bought your set. The service should not be confused with our warranty that covers the manufacturing defects.
